Insulin Resistance and Obesity, the Chicken or the Egg?

This is a wonderful video, by Dr. Peter Attia at TEDMED which questions whether obesity causes insulin resistance or insulin resistance causes obesity.  But, really it is a phenomenal demonstration of critical thinking.  Highly recommended.
