Good article over at Salon.com which goes over 7 foods once thought unhealthy, that are now viewed in a different light.
I strongly disagree with #6 for a variety of reasons. Corn is a grain which the human body does not digest well. The vast majority of corn is of the GMO variety and should be avoided at all costs. The health consequences of eating GMO foods are simply not well understood. And finally, after earlier in the article stating how saturated fat isn't bad for you (which it isn't), they talk about about "unhealthy saturated fat."
Best to avoid corn, even if you are topping with real butter!
